إذا صار بالجهاز مشكلة تقنية مش ناتجة عن سوء استخدام، منغيّر القطعة الخربانة مجاناً أو منغيّر الجهاز.If a technical fault appears that isn't caused by misuse, we replace the faulty part free of charge or replace the device.
الأجهزة الجديدةNew devices
كل جهاز جديد بكفالته، ومدة الكفالة مكتوبة على صفحة الجهاز.Every new device carries its own warranty, and the warranty period is written on the device page.
الدفع بعد المعاينةPay after you check it
بتفحص الجهاز وقت الاستلام، وما بتدفع إلا بعد ما تتأكد إنه مثل ما هو موصوف.You check the device when it arrives, and you pay only once you're sure it matches the listing.
